The proposal consists of learning a bit more about wines to enjoy them better. You will have a very pleasant and didactic talk in the Visitor House of Familia Zuccardi winery, where you will be able to internalize some tasting techniques and some aspects related to this beverage’s culture. The aim of this course is to introduce tasting techniques, in which the wines are compared to their natural aroma descriptors. You will have the chance to taste 6 wines of Santa Julia, Santa Julia Reserve, and Santa Julia Magna ranges and do a private guided tour of the winery. The course lasts 3 hours. The winery will hand you in an interactive material on a CD and issue a certificate of attendance at the course.

It is an excellent option to replace the traditional lunch. It takes place in the Visitor House´s gardens of Familia Zuccardi winery under the shadow of olive trees and poplars. The picnic consists of a basket with a selection of the best regional products: Home-made bread, cheese assortment, varietal olive oil, meat and vegetable sandwiches, tarts, Santa Julia wines and sparkling wines, and seasonal fruits for dessert. Besides, you will do the classical guided tour of the winery and have a tasting.

Enjoy a tea party in the restaurant of familia Zuccardi winery, called Visitor House, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and The Andes. Familia Zuccardi invites you to ride a bicycle alongside its vineyards located in Maipú. You will enjoy the landscape, taste wines and learn about their secrets.
This program is an excellent opportunity to mix sport and wine and also to enjoy the amazing view created by the green vineyards and The Andes.

While riding, you will see the different works done in the estate as well as the different grape varieties. We will stop several times to rest and taste different grapes under their own vines. At the end, there will be a tasting paired with regional cheeses and cold cuts. This program includes a classical guided tour of the winery and a tasting.

This is a unique proposal in South America. This is a different way to see Familia Zuccardi´s vineyards and enjoy its finest wines. This program consists of 2 kinds of flights: Captive and free. In the captive flight, the hot-air balloon remains tied and flights over the Maipú Estate vineyards for 10 minutes approximately. In the free flight, the hot-air balloon is released and flights over the Estate for about 30 minutes. On board we will enjoy a glass of sparkling wine. Once the flight is over, you can have the traditional visit to the winery and a wine tasting of Santa Julia Reserve and Varietal ranges as well as a tasting of its olive oils.
If you take this program early in the morning, you will take great delight in having breakfast in the Visitor House. If you decide to take it in the afternoon, this activity complements with the program called “Afternoon Tea”. It is important to remark that this program will only be done if weather conditions allow to do so.

Good cuisine is always accompanied by good wine. This activity invites you to share both pleasures and internalize gourmet secrets. You can take private classes with our chef who will tell you how to use regional products to cook traditional dishes and taste them in a lunch together with Familia Zuccardi wines. You will receive an apron as a gift and take with you the bread baked by yourself. This includes a visit to the winery and a tasting.

This program was designed for you to go round Familia Zuccardi´s vineyards and see the landscape in exclusive vintage cars. This activity includes a wine and varietal olive oil tasting and a visit of the winery to know the wine-making process.

This program consists of a journey in vintage cars throughout the Maipú Estate vineyards, where the Familia Zuccardi winery is located. It is a 2-kilometre journey approximately. There will be three stops in the Chardonnay, Syrah or Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec vineyards to taste Santa Julia Varietal and Reserve. Bbilingual guides will tell you about the history of the winery, the conductive system of the vineyard, irrigation systems, frost-protecting system, organic vineyards, vines in general, and the characteristics found when tasting wines. It is a unique and very instructive journey.

The vintage cars are driven by their owners who will tell you about the history of their cars, introducing you into the fascinating world of cars!

To finish the tour we will taste our awarded olive oils and do a visit to the winery.

This is another possibility to live the experience of doing one of the most traditional tasks related to growing vines: Pruning. An agronomist will teach you how to prune and thus you will understand why this activity is so important for the wine quality. The tour finishes either with an afternoon tea with a delicious home-made pastry or with a regional lunch. This includes a visit to the winery and a tasting.

Live one of the most important stages of the wine-making process: Vintage. With our professionals’ help you will be able to harvest and learn about this traditional work. The activity will finish with a regional lunch in the Visitor House. This includes a visit to the winery and a tasting.

All the transfers are done in authorized vehicles driven by professional drivers.
Passengers are picked up on time by their accommodations within Mendoza downtown and surrounding areas at the arranged time and according to the activity that has already been booked. In the winery there will be a guide waiting for us to enjoy the day according to the activity already planned. The return will be up to the passengers' accommodations.
We work with reservations up to 4 people who will be transferred in comfortable state-of-the-art cars. We also count with medium vehicles (Hyundai H1) and vans Mercedes Sprinter for groups of 4 and 15 people.
